We offer returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.

Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Cash on Delivery orders are non-refundable once delivered, except in valid cases as stated above.

Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Aleora Skin reserves the right to approve or decline return requests after review.
